DUI Breath Testing in Denver County, Colorado

However, the bill comes with “additional latitude,” according to the article. This latitude includes new restrictions on DUI test refusals, which lawmakers say have risen to nearly 50% in 2022. Under the bill, refusing a test would be charged the same as the actual DUI.
